SPARTAN COMMERCIAL
Spartan Electric has been involved in the commercial division of electrical wiring for over 20 years. We are a “one stop shop” in terms of the commercial services we offer. We can wire a building from the ground up, a shell building that’s already been built, or a building that’s been demo’d, and then provide the fire alarm system for the building. In addition to that, Spartan wires apartment and condo buildings, office buildings, retail shops, schools, banks, churches, and hospitals, and can provide site lighting around any of these facilities. Commercial Services
TENANT FIT-OUTS
Includes existing facilities such as medical buildings, offices, warehouse and industrial lighting, food service, worship, and communications for such organizations as: JHU, US Courts, US Marshals, US Customs, McLean Presbyterian Church, IMF, QIAGEN.
MULTIFAMILY
Small to high rise new and remodels such as Union Row, The Alta, Mather Building, Woodley Wardman, Hilltop House, and 2000 Connecticut Avenue, for such builders as PN Hoffman, Gables Construction, Renovations Unlimited, and Wayne Construction to name a few.
SITE LIGHTING
Site service duct banks, parking lot lights, accent lighting, fountain pumps and lighting, landscape lighting, pole lighting (digging, setting concrete, wiring, setting the pole, etc.)
WIRING UPGRADES
Chillers, fire pumps, air handler units, general commercial services, elevators, pumps, motor control centers, etc.
UTILITY REBATE PROGRAMS
This includes: general lighting, retro fits, PEPCO programs, trade allies, and approved LED and fluorescent lighting.
NEW CONSTRUCTION
This includes every aspect of basic commercial wiring. Examples of projects we have are: churches, core and shell facilities (tenant fit outs), restaurants, banks, offices, apartment and condo buildings, parking garages, military, retail, etc.

Arlington, VA4,200 square foot urgent care, walk-in medical office. This job consisted of a new 800 amp overhead service, panels and lighting contactors. Hospital grade wiring for exam rooms and an x-ray machine.
